📲 Is Apple Trade-In worth it?

I've always been opposed to Apple's Trade-In program, because I always thought you could sell the products for a better price on Facebook Marketplace...🤑

But last week I used Apple Trade-In for 2 products and here's why, how much I got for them and my overall experience!👇

I decided to trade in my old iPad Pro from 2018 and my Apple Watch Series 6...

Both had some battery issues and they just weren't running as smoothly as they should be, so I didn't feel comfortable selling them to someone else.😅

I figured that, in this case, I may as well trade them in at the Apple Store, as they'd otherwise just be collecting dust in my office and I got $330 for both products.🙃

One thing to note about Apple Trade-In though is that you don't get this money in cash.🙂‍↔️ you get an Apple Gift Card that you can use in the Apple Store and in the App Store.

It also took quite a long time to trade the products, which was a bit annoying. The total process took over an hour, but hey... I'm happy to wait that long for $330.😂

So would I recommend Apple Trade-In?🤔

In the end, I'd recommend Apple Trade-In to anyone who doesn't feel comfortable selling their Apple products online. But if you can sell them on an online marketplace, please do!🙌

It takes just as much effort and you can get a lot more money from it!👨🏼‍💻
